NOTICE TO DIRECTORS OF SPECIAL MEETING

We, the incorporators of the Hereford Independent School District Public Facility

Corporation, hereby call a special meeting of the Board of Directors named in the

Articles of Incorporation of said Corporation, for the purpose of business as listed in the

attached Agenda, and for such other purposes as may come before the meeting. Such

meeting will be held on the 28^th day of August, 2007, at the Board Room, 601 N. 25 Mile

Avenue, Hereford, Texas, 79045, at 6:00 p.m., which will be within six days after this

notice has been mailed to each member of the Board of Directors of the Corporation.
