A bus conduct report form will be filled out by the driver stating what the problem is and it will be sent to the students principal. This will resut in a student/principal conference and the parents will be contacted and notified that the student has been placed on probation and further problems will result in a 5 day suspension. STEP 3. The third violation will result in a 5 day suspension of bus riding privileges. STEP 4. The fourth violation will result in suspension for the remainder of the semester. The step procedures established above for disciplinary action may be modified only when the disciplinary action set forth seems to be unwarranted for the incident reported, or the incident reported is of such a severe nature stronger disciplinary action is justified. The school district is now using a video camera monitoring system on our school buses to assist us with discipline problems. Students who ride our buses may be subject to being videoed. |
