Online registration will open July 10, 2023. The links for registration (see below)
will not be available until July 10. It is very important that you complete online registration as
soon as possible.

For returning students and new students with siblings already enrolled in HISD, just click
on the link titled “Returning Student Online Registration”. This link can be accessed on the
Hereford ISD website (www.herefordisd.net) under latest news. Once you have logged in click
on online registration for your students. If you have a new student, click on “New to District
Registration” on the left-hand side of the screen. Complete the process and make sure and
submit your registration.

For new students that do not have siblings enrolled in HISD, click on the link titled “New
Student Online Registration” located on the HISD website under latest news. Complete the
process and submit your registration.

 

For PreK students, you must fill out the Head Start Application first before the Hereford
ISD registration process listed above. The link for the Head Start application is available on
the Hereford ISD website.

If you do not have a computer/device available or need assistance to complete online
registration, computers and help will be available at the HCAL campus (241 Ave H), Monday –
Wednesday, July 31 – August 2, 2023 from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM, Thursday, August 3, 2023
8:00 AM until 7:00 PM, and Friday, August 4, 2023 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM.
You will be notified by your campus as to when secondary students (Grades 6-12) will be able to
pick up their schedules and when Elementary “Meet the Teacher” will be held.

Hereford ISD se complace en anunciar que las inscripciones para el año escolar 2023-2024
estarán nuevamente completamente en línea tanto para los estudiantes nuevos como para los que
regresan.

La registración en línea se abrirá el 10 de Julio de 2023. Es muy importante que complete el
registro en línea lo antes posible.

 

Para los estudiantes que regresan y los estudiantes nuevos con hermanos que ya están
inscritos en HISD, simplemente haga clic en el enlace titulado "Registro en línea para
estudiantes que regresan". Se puede acceder a este enlace en el sitio web de Hereford ISD
(www.herefordisd.net) bajo las últimas noticias. Una vez que haya iniciado sesión, haga clic en
el registro en línea para sus estudiantes. Si tiene un estudiante nuevo, haga clic en "Registro de
nuevo en el distrito" en el lado izquierdo de la pantalla. Complete el proceso y asegúrese de

Para los estudiantes de PreK, primero debe completar la aplicación de Head Start antes del

Si no tiene una computadora / dispositivo disponible o necesita ayuda para completar el registro
en línea, las computadoras y la ayuda estarán disponibles del 31 de Julio al 2 de agosto de 2023
de 8:00 a.m. a 4:30 p.m. en HCAL (241 Ave H), del 3 de agosto de 2023 8:00 a.m. a 7:00 p.m., y
del 4 de agosto de 2023 8:00 a.m. a 4:00 p.m.
Su campus le notificará cuándo los estudiantes de secundaria (grados 6-12) podrán recoger sus
horarios y cuándo se llevará a cabo “La Noche para Conocer al Maestro” en las escuelas
primarias.
