Hereford ISD Athletic Paperwork 2021-2022 School Year

All Athletic paperwork for the 2020-2021 School year is currently available on DragonFly Max. This paperwork is required for ALL student-athletes and marching band members.

Returning student-athletes and band members will need to log in to DragonFly MAX using the account you have already created and fill out/update your forms for the next school year. PLEASE DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT.

Log on to your page, click the red button at the bottom of the page that says "Get Started", Fill out or update the required information and you are done. The same icon will light up green and tell you 100%, Ready when you are finished.

Incoming 7th graders, student-athletes new to Hereford ISD, and incoming

freshman/new marching band members will need to create a free account on

Dragonflymax.com and fill out all the required paperwork for their specific sport/activity.

We are hosting a FREE Athletic Physical event for ALL student-athletes on July 13 and 14, 2021. Physicals will be held at the HISD Triple Gym from 9-5 each day and sponsored by the Hereford Health Clinic. Physicals are REQUIRED for all 7th, 9th, and 11th-grade students and strongly recommended for 8th, 10th, and 12th-graders.
