Elda Lucio CTE Counselor
My name is Elda Lucio. I am happy to introduce myself as the Career and Technical Education (CTE) counselor for Hereford Independent School District.
I grew up in Hereford and attended Hereford schools. I received my cosmetology instructors license from
La Plata Beauty School and my teaching degree from Wayland Baptist University. I spent my teaching career, 15 years, as an instructor for Hereford High School cosmetology program.
I received my Masters of Arts in Counseling in 2010 at Wayland Baptist University. I am really enjoying my role in encouraging all students to strive for their personal best. I am delighted to be working with the students, teachers, administrators, and parents whom I so highly regard.
My spare time is spent with my husband Genaro of 30 years, our children and 7 awesome grandkids.
I am here to serve the children, the parents and our wonderful staff. I am available for listening, talking, helping, and so much more. Please fell free to contact me for any request for you and your children. I want to strive to always do what is best for our students.
