As STAAR Testing season approaches, we understand it can bring some nerves and uncertainty. But fear not! We've got your back with some valuable tips and tricks to help you navigate through this testing period smoothly. See herefordisd.net for the full article!
There have been a few changes to the in-person registration schedule. Online registration is open until May 3rd. You can access online registration by going to herefordisd.net.
For those that do not have access to computers, computers and help will be provided April 8, 2024 – April 11, 2024 and May 1, 2024 – May 3, 2024 from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM, at the HISD Administration Building.
Assistance will still be available from April 12 – April 30, 2024, by appointment only. Call 806-363-7600 or 806-363-7720 for an appointment.
Head Start will be at the Hereford ISD Administration Building until April 11th from 10am to 4pm to enroll students for the 2024-2025 school year. if you are interested in this program, please stop by and see one of their representatives!
The National Strength and Conditioning Association has chosen Alijah Cisneros as the recipient for the 2024 All-American Athlete Strength and Conditioning Athlete of the Year Award! This award recognizes Cisneros' athletic accomplishments and his dedication to strength and conditioning. He was nominated by Athletic Trainer Sarah Baulch. Congratulations Alijah! We are so proud of you!

Online registration will be open from April 8, 2024 and close May 3, 2024. It is important that you complete online registration as soon as possible to avoid the possibility of being transferred to another campus due to large class sizes.

✨Big Announcement!✨ Hereford ISD Board of Trustees approved a Varsity Soccer Program for the 2024-2025 school year! More information about this program will be released at a later date. We are excited to bring this opportunity to our students at HISD! ⚽️
The Panhandle Association of Pupil Transportation held their school bus Road-E-O on Saturday the 23rd in Canyon. They all had to take a 50 question written test and a driving test through an obstacle course. Our drivers took 1st and 3rd places and will get to attend the state competition in Mesquite Tx on May 4th. Our drivers that participated are Amanda Cisneros 1st place, Lucia Marquez 3rd place, Luis Moreno and Esther Aguillon. Special thank you to the following businesses who made this possible:
