The window for gifted and talented testing opened on September 1st and will close on September 30th at 4pm. Any referral after that date will have to wait until the 2025 referral window. If a parent, guardian or community member would like to refer a student to be tested for GT, please reach out to that student's counselor before the end of the month. If you have questions about the program you can reach out to the Coordinator of Instruction, Rebecca Gerhardt.

There has been a date change for our first substitute training. The training will now be held on Tuesday, September 17th from 8:30am - 12pm at the Administration Building. Please remember to submit your application through herefordisd.net before attending this training.
K9 Kodi and his handler, Corporal Holcomb, stopped by the Administration Building today so Kodi could get his official HISD badge! K9 Kodi and Corporal Holcomb will be working with HISD to help keep our students safe this school year. Thank you for what you do for our students!
